Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No payment information is required to start a trial. The trial expires automatically after 14 days — you will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

• You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods — you retain full access until the end of the paid month
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• To cancel, email billing@isitme.co.za or use the cancellation option in the portal

3. Annual Subscriptions

• 30-day money-back guarantee: Full refund available within 30 days of annual subscription start
• After 30 days: No refund for the remaining period, but you retain access until the end of the paid year
• Pro-rata refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

4. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are governed by the terms of the individual contract signed between your organization and One IT Consulting. Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the contract.

5. Service Credits

If you are entitled to a service credit due to an SLA breach (see our SLA), the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle. Service credits are not refundable as cash.

• SMS or third-party notification charges already incurred

8. Consumer Protection Act

This policy is issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008). Where any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection provisions, the statutory provisions shall prevail.
